Terms and Conditions

1. This campaign is exclusively available to CentaraThe1 members. 

2. Members can redeem loyalty points as charitable donations to the Ramathibodi Foundation. 

3. The donation redemption period is from 1 October 2026 - 30 September 2027. 

4. Redeemed points will be converted into monetary donations and contributed to the Ramathibodi Hospital Building and Yothi Innovation District Project. 

5. Redeemed points are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Tax Deduction Request: If a member wishes to request a tax deduction, they must provide the required information via the designated link Click Here. 

     a. e-Donation Receipt: An e-Donation receipt will be issued by the Ramathibodi Foundation for all 

successful donations. Please note that no paper receipts will be issued. 

     b. Tax Benefits: Donations made through this campaign may be eligible for double tax deduction benefits in 

accordance with applicable laws and regulations. 

     c. Members who fail to provide the required information via the designated link: Click Here within 30 

days of redeeming their points for the donation programme will not be eligible to receive a tax deduction. 

7. By registering for an e-Donation receipt, members consent to CentaraThe1 disclosing their personal information, including full name, identification number, address, and donation amount, to the Ramathibodi Foundation solely for e-Donation processing, receipt issuance, and tax deduction purposes in accordance with the Foundation's applicable terms and conditions. 

8. In case of any dispute, CentaraThe1's decision shall be final.
